Zusammenfassung:	All the constituents of seeds and brans of cereal grains, especially rice bran, are recovered by mixing the same with an excess of an aqueous acid solution, pulverizing the mixture, separating an emulsified solution of the dissolved phytin and the protein bonded with the oil dispersed in the acid solution from the solid residue, and screening the solid residue to separate crude fiber-containing substances from a starch-rice fraction.
