Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A sealed tube containing a heat transport fluid is positioned in heat exchange relation with those exterior surfaces of a pyrolytic self-cleaning oven which are raised to relatively high temperatures during the heat cleaning cycle. The heat transport fluid boils and the vapor is directed by the tube away from the hot exterior surfaces and is placed in heat exchange relation with other parts of the range which are at relatively cooler temperatures and can therefore be used as a heat sink. At these cooler locations, condensation of the transport fluid occurs and thereby removes the latent heat of vaporization of the fluid from the hot surfaces.
