Zusammenfassung:1362918 Thioesters of guanidino-carboxylic acids ONO PHARMACEUTICAL CO Ltd 21 Aug 1972 [19 Aug 1971 28 June 1972] 38956/72 Heading C2C Novel, therapeutic compounds of general formula (including salts thereof) wherein A is a straight or branched chain alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, B is a p-phenylene, p-benzylene, or bivalent alicyclic group, a is 0 or 1, b is 0 or 1, a + b is 1 or 2 and R is a straight or branched chain alkyl group or a carbethoxyalkyl group the alkyl portion of which has 1 to 10 atoms, an alicyclic group, an aromatic group or aralkyl group which alicyclic group or aromatic group may be substituted with a carbethoxy, carbethoxy-lower alkyl, carboxyalkyl, halogen, alkoxy, acylamino, alkylsulphonyl, carboxy, thiolocarboxy, nitro or carbamoyl group, are made by reacting corresponding acid halides (obtained from the free acids) with RSH.
