Zusammenfassung:	In a fuel injection apparatus a fuel metering valve is controlled by an air sensor disposed in the air intake tube of an internal combustion engine for metering fuel quantities that are proportionate to the intake air quantities. The pressure difference across the fuel metering valve is varied as a function of at least one engine variable in a hysteresis-free manner by means of an electromagnetic system including a coil armature and a permanent magnet.
