Zusammenfassung:1390602 Benzodiazepines F HOFFMANN-LA ROCHE & CO AG 14 Jan 1974 [15 Jan 1973] 01755/74 Heading C2C Compounds of the general formula (R 1 = C 1-7 alkyl; R 2,3 = H, C 1-7 alkyl; R 4 = H, halogen; R 5,6 = H or R 5+6 = C-N bond), 4-oxides of the dihydrobenzodiazlpenes, and their acid addition salts are prepared by fluorinating a compound of the formula optionally followed by 1-alkylation, conversion to a tetrahydrobenzodiazepine or dihydrobenzodiazepine 4-oxide and/or salt formation. The above compounds are muscle relaxants, sedatives and anticonvulsants, and may be administered in the form of pharmaceutical preparations containing them in association with a carrier.
