Zusammenfassung:	A spiral track magnetic recording and reproducing device wherein the head is mounted on a rack for radial movement. An indicating device is mounted over a rotatable segment and operated by an inclined cam lever that moves a shaft vertially as the head moves radially. A connected pivoting lever then moves a string connected to the indicating device which thereby registers the recording time on a marked scale.
