Zusammenfassung:	An animal feeder device, particularly suitable for use as an aid in the feeding of cattle, which incorporates a means for rearranging the feed when necessary in order to permit the animals to feed easily. The feeder comprises a frame assembly, a track disposed along the top of the frame and an auger assembly movable along the track. The auger of the auger assembly projects forwardly of the frame and is adapted to disengage feed from a feed pile situated in front of the frame, the disengaged feed falling within convenient feeding range of the animals.
