Zusammenfassung: | Hydrogenated terpolymers of a linear diolefin such as butadiene, SO2, and cyclopentadiene are converted by quenching from the melt to non-crystalline articles exhibiting unusually high impact resistance and superior tensile yield strength, heat distortion temperature and processing stability, compared to other hydrogenated terpolymeric polysulfones. The articles tend to retain the impact resistance even if later converted by annealing to a partly crystalline structure. |
