Zusammenfassung:	1321048 Bitumen MITSUBISHI OIL CO Ltd 3 Aug 1970 [4 Aug 1969] 37418/70 Heading C5E A hard bitumen (penetration 0 to 1, softening point 130 to 180 C.) is made from a straight bitumen or from a residue from the vacuum distillation of lubricating oil by extracting with a solvent to obtain a material having a penetration of from 2 to 30, and then air-blowing the solvent-extracted material at 200 to 300 C. Suitable solvents are propane and butane, and the extraction may be at 50 to 85 C. at a pressure of 40 kg. cm.-2
