Zusammenfassung:	Aqueous solutions of LiI-LiBr containing up to about 50 weight percent LiI based on total salt are used as the refrigerant-absorbent in an air-cooled, two-pressure absorption refrigeration system. The crystallization temperatures of these solutions are sufficiently low that crystal formation will not occur when the temperature of the solution drops to ordinarily expected ambient temperatures of, for example, 100 DEG F. Further depression of the crystallization temperature is obtained by adding ethylene glycol or glycerine to the mixed salt solution.
