Zusammenfassung:	In a process for the production of dental prostheses by the powder-liquid process the liquid comprises an acrylic and/or a methacrylic acid ester containing at least one free hydroxyl group in the molecule, methyl methacrylate and a free-radical producing polymerization catalyst, e.g. benzoyl peroxide. Powders used are polymethyl methacrylate, a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate, or mixtures of the two. Suitable free hydroxyl group containing esters are hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, dihydroxypropyl methacrylate, diethylene glycol monomethacrylate, glycerine monoacrylate, and glycerine monomethacrylate. Cross-linking agents, e.g. glycol dimethacrylate may be included in the liquid. The powder-liquid mixture is formed into dental protheses in the conventional manner.
