A wrap around carrier for bottles and the like of the kind having sloping panels 6, 7 extending from a top panel 1 with apertures to receive the bottle caps, has at least one end panel 48 which is held in the position shown by the engagement of cut edges, in continuation of those forming the adjacent cap apertures, beneath the bottle caps. When the carrier is lifted by the finger apertures 2, 3, the corners of the panel(s) 48 assist in bearing the weight of the end bottles.
