Zusammenfassung:Curing agents for epoxy resins comprise a mixture of a polymeric azelaic anhydride having a molecular weight of 500 to 4000 and a monomeric polycarboxylic anhydride. Heat curable compositions comprise a polyepoxide, a polymeric azelaic anhydride and a monomeric polycarboxylic anhydride. The compositions may also contain accelerator such as a tertiary amines, monoepoxides and fibrous reinforcing materials. Many polyepoxides and polycarboxylic anhydrides are specified. The compositions are useful in the manufacture of mouldings, castings, coatings and laminates.
