Zusammenfassung:	1,061,737. Fuel tank disposition; tractor frames. MASSEY-FERGUSON Inc. May 4, 1964 [May 13, 1963], No. 18373/64. Headings B7D and B7H. A tractor is provided with a pair of fuel tanks 42, 44 disposed one each side of a chassis member 16 at the rear of the vehicle which houses the transmission members and from which the rear axle members project. An operator's platform 30 is attached by bolts 32 to the chassis 16, and the tanks are secured in place by brackets 46, 50 and 54 connected to the operator's platform and to a transverse support member 58 extending beneath the chassis member 16. A pair of upper steps (38), 40 and lower steps 64 are disposed one on each side of the tractor, one upper step (38) being hinged and providing a cover for the filler cap aperture. The tanks are connected by a conduit 62 and a protecting member 66 is provided.
