[Also in Division B8] Liquid or pasty materials are dispensed from a container 18 by a sliding member 22 within the container connected by a thread 23 with manually operable rotary means 21 mounted on the outside of the container for moving the material towards the outlet, the thread winding around an internal projection 25 to extrude the paste through a nozzle 20. In a further modification the paste is contained in a collapsible accordion pleated pocket within the container, the base of the pocket being connected by threads to a rotatable cap the friction of which prevents the pocket from expanding after dispensing and thus drawing air into the pocket.
