Zusammenfassung: | 1,039,208. Date indicators. EBAUCHES S.A. April 29, 1964 [May 6,1963], No. 17803/64. Heading G3T. A date indicating member 1 of a calendar timepiece, e.g. an electrical timepiece, is driven by the timepiece movement 5, Fig. 1 (not shown), through a plate 6, maltese cross shaped member 7 and a plate 8 having a resilient arm 8a, the rotation of the member 1 being controlled by a jumper 10. The plate 6 is fast with the movement wheel 5 and has a finger 6a which meshes with arms 7a of the member 7 to drive that member through one revolution every twenty-four hours. The plate 8 is fast with the member 7 and a tip 8b of the arm 8a cooperates with teeth 1a on the member 1 to rotate it. The jumper 10 is pivoted at 11 and urged into engagement with the teeth 1a by a spring 12. The jumper 10 includes a resilient projection 10a which co-operates with a finger 13a, on a plate 13 fast with the member 7, to disengage the jumper 10 from the associated tooth 1a when the member 1 is rotated by the tip 8b. The point of contact of the members 10a and 13a is in the vicinity of a line 14 connecting the centre of rotation of the finger 13a and the centre of oscillation of the jumper 10. |
