Zusammenfassung:	A method for manufacturing panels including a substrate and a decorative top layer, includes at least: providing the substrate at least in part; removing a portion of the substrate by means of at least one scraping tool. In another aspect, the method for manufacturing panels includes a substrate and a decorative top layer such that the substrate is provided by an extrusion process at least in part; and a portion of the substrate is removed by a removal means. The method for manufacturing panels may include a substrate and a decorative top layer, such that the substrate is provided in an orientation with an upward directed surface and a downward directed surface; and provides a decorative top layer onto the downward directed surface of the substrate.
