The drum has a first opening defined in the outer surface of the drum. The collar is received in the first opening. A first portion of the collar extends into the drum and a flange of the collar extends beyond the first opening and along the outer surface of the drum. The hammer extends through the collar and into the drum. The hammer has an exposed portion. The flange of the collar and the outer surface of the drum are welded together.
