Zusammenfassung:	A video decoding device obtains mirror prediction information for a target block and performs a mirror prediction on the target block based on the mirror prediction information. When the target block is part of a current block to be decoded, the video decoding device derives a mirror prediction boundary based on a mirror prediction type for determining a mirror prediction region and a non-mirror prediction region within the current block. The video decoding device predicts the mirror prediction region based on the mirror prediction boundary, predicts the non-mirror prediction region and thereby predicts the current block.
