The recombinant thyroid stimulating hormone receptor protein comprises a TSHR protein extracellular segment and a TSHR protein intracellular segment. The C-terminus of the TSHR protein extracellular segment is linked to the N-terminus of the TSHR protein intracellular segment. The protein achieves extracellular soluble expression, and is high in purity, high in activity and good in stability.
