Zusammenfassung:	A method of quality testing an airflow path defined in a product is provided, the product including a plurality of component parts, each defining a portion of the airflow path, joined together to form the product, the method including steps of: pressurizing the airflow path to a predetermined pressure; measuring leakage from the pressurized airflow path for a predetermined period of time; determining a leakage rate over the predetermined period of time; and determining whether the leakage rate is greater than a permissible threshold leakage rate, the product being an aerosol-generating device or a heater assembly for an aerosol-generating device, and the method being performed at an elevated temperature compared to ambient temperature. A method of manufacturing a heater assembly for an aerosol-generating device is also provided.
