Zusammenfassung:	A method for replacing a light source of a lamp is provided. The method includes providing a lamp in which a first light engine is installed, providing a light engine module with a second light engine, and removing the first light engine from the lamp. The method further includes installing the light engine module in the lamp to replace the first light engine. The light engine module includes a reinforcement for mechanically stabilizing the second light engine. The installation of the light engine module includes installing both the second light engine and reinforcement in the lamp. In addition, a first light engine, a light engine module and a lamp are also provided.
