Zusammenfassung:	A rolling bearing includes: an outer ring; an inner ring; a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring; and an electrically conductive annular member attached to an axial end of the outer ring, the annular member separating a bearing internal space where the rolling elements are located from a bearing external space that is outside the bearing internal space in an axial direction. The annular member includes an electrically conductive elastic lip portion that contacts the inner ring. An oil channel connecting the bearing internal space and the bearing external space is provided in the annular member.
