Zusammenfassung:A position indicator is provided for use in an input system including the position indicator and a sensor, wherein the sensor includes an array of electrodes and is configured to detect a position of the position indicator on the array of electrodes. The position indicator includes an indicator controller configured to determine data including one of pressure information indicative of a pressure applied to a tip of the position indicator, switch information indicative of an operation state of a switch provided on the position indicator, identification information of the position indicator, tilt information of the position indicator, or rotation information of the position indicator. The position indicator includes a transmitter configured to transmit the data to the sensor as digital data using a wireless communication protocol.
