Zusammenfassung:	Some embodiments of this application provides a reversing valve and a heat exchange system having the same. The reversing valve includes: a valve seat having a first flow channel, a second flow channel, a third flow channel, and a fourth flow channel; a first valve body controlling communication between the first flow channel and the third flow channel; a second valve body controlling communication between the first flow channel and the fourth flow channel; a third valve body controlling communication between the third flow channel and the second flow channel. When the reversing valve is in a first operation state, the second valve body controls the first flow channel to communicate with the fourth flow channel. When the reversing valve is in a second operation state, the first valve body controls the first flow channel to communicate with the third flow channel.
