A display device includes a first pixel electrode disposed on a substrate, an inorganic insulating layer disposed on the substrate and exposing the first pixel electrode, a first light emitting layer disposed on the first pixel electrode, a first common electrode disposed on the first light emitting layer, a first bank layer disposed on the inorganic insulating layer, a second bank layer disposed on the first bank layer and having side surfaces protruding more than side surfaces of the first bank layer; and a first inorganic encapsulation layer disposed on an upper surface of the first common electrode, the side surfaces of the first bank layer, and lower and side surfaces of the second bank layer, and spaced apart from the side surfaces of the second bank layer.
