The plant operation assistance device includes a data selection means, a data selection database, a measurement data database, a display data collection unit, and a data analysis graph creation unit. The data selection database records information on the operation performed by an operator through the data selection means. The data analysis graph creation unit creates a data analysis graph for displaying data of a second graph related to operator selected data of a first graph.
