Zusammenfassung:Compositions for treatment of discogenic pain are discussed herein. In various embodiments, the composition includes PMMA microparticles, Pluronic® surfactant, PBS, and a radio marker. In some embodiments, the PMMA microparticles have a particle size distribution between 25-125 microns and are nonlinearly cross-linked. The composition may be stored at a cooled temperature and upon injection, the composition warms and transitions to a gel state. The composition may also include about 50% PMMA microparticles, about 10% Pluronic®, about 30% PBS, and about 10% of a radio marker.
