Zusammenfassung:	A pharmaceutical solution or suspension of 0.01% to 50% ketoconazole is formulated as an ear drop for use in the human ear for the treatment of otomycosis. The ear drop will be formulated with and without anti-bacterial agents including neomycin, polymyxin, ofloxicin, ciprofloxin, tobramycin, moxafloxin, acetic acid, isopropyl alcohol, and gentamycin all in varying concentrations admixed with a solvent (mainly water) for the treatment of infectious otitis externa where the pathogen isn't clear. It will also be formulated with and without corticosteroids for instances where there is significant ear canal edema.
