Zusammenfassung: | A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters. The configuration parameters indicate: ephemeris information for determining a round trip transmission delay (RTT) between the wireless device and a base station in a non-terrestrial network (NTN); and one or more power saving monitoring occasions for downlink control information (DCI) indicating whether to start a discontinuous reception (DRX) on-duration timer during a DRX cycle. The wireless device transmits, on the NTN, a scheduling request (SR). In response to the one or more power saving monitoring occasions occurring within a time duration after the transmitting the SR, the wireless device starts the DRX on-duration timer during the DRX cycle, where the time duration is determined based on the RTT between the wireless device and the base station. |
