Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure discloses an image processing method, apparatus, and a storage medium. The method includes: parsing an original bitstream of a to-be-processed image to obtain the to-be-processed image; parsing a first layered bitstream of the to-be-processed image to obtain a first layered image of the to-be-processed image; determining a second layered image of the to-be-processed image based on the to-be-processed image and the first layered image, where one of the first layered image and the second layered image is a base layer image, and the other of the first layered image and the second layered image is a detail layer image; performing tone mapping on the base layer image to obtain a mapping result of the base layer image; and fusing the mapping result of the base layer image and the detail layer image.
