Zusammenfassung:	The present application provides an end cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device, relating to the field of batteries. The end cover assembly includes an end cover, an electrode terminal, and an insulating member. The end cover is used for closing an opening of a shell. The end cover has a mounting portion, which confines a mounting hole. The electrode terminal at least partially passes through the mounting hole. The insulating member includes a first insulating portion, a second insulating portion, and a third insulating portion connected sequentially. The second insulating portion is at least partially located in the mounting hole, and the first insulating portion and the third insulating portion are separately located on two sides of the mounting portion in a thickness direction of the end cover to cover the mounting portion.
