The present invention may include generating a digital workflow twin, wherein the digital workflow twin is a digital twin of an original network. The present invention may include identifying one or more potential impact regions within the digital workflow twin. The present invention may include determining whether to propose one or more recommendations to a user. The present invention may include converting at least one of the one or more recommendations into at least one new rule. The present invention may include generating a new network workflow, wherein the new network workflow is the original network with the at least one new rule integrated.
