Zusammenfassung:	This disclosure relates to a method to identify xenobiotics that can debilitate a target organism. In particular, the present disclosure provides methods of heterologously expressing a xenobiotic metabolizing enzyme from the target organism in yeast, libraries of yeast strains heterologously expressing a different xenobiotic metabolizing enzyme and methods of screening libraries with xenobiotics to identify a xenobiotic that debilitates a target organism. The disclosure further relates to a method of treating or preventing a nematode infection comprising administering, to a subject in need thereof, an effective amount of a compound of Formula I, or a solvate thereof, as well as certain novel compounds of Formula I, or a solvate thereof.
