Zusammenfassung:	A system and method for prioritizing utility programs for open vehicle grid integration platform is disclosed. The system receives, from a server, a proposal for an Electric Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturer (EV-OEM) to participate in a utility program of an electric utility. The system determines statistical information that includes at least one of operational statistics associated with vehicles that are associated with the EV-OEM and require charging services of the electric utility, charging preferences of the users of the vehicles, and cost information associated with the utility program. Thereafter the system computes a metric that indicates a viability of the utility program for the EV-OEM based on contents of the proposal and the statistical information, and transmits, to the server, a message that includes an acceptance of the proposal or a rejection of the proposal based on whether the metric is above a threshold.
