Zusammenfassung:	A liquid ejection apparatus includes a liquid ejection unit including a glue belt including a conveyance surface which conveys a cloth and to which an adhesive is applied, a first nozzle group configured to eject a first liquid to the cloth conveyed by the glue belt, and a second nozzle group configured to eject a second liquid, a movement mechanism for reciprocating the liquid ejection unit in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction, a softening agent receiving unit for receiving the second liquid discharged as a waste liquid from the liquid ejection unit reciprocating, and a cleaning unit for cleaning at least a part of the glue belt, wherein the first liquid is different from the second liquid, the second liquid contains a softening agent, the first nozzle group ejects the first liquid to the glue belt as a waste, and the second nozzle group ejects the second liquid to the softening agent receiving unit as a waste.
