An optical semiconductor module includes a substrate including a first surface, a plurality of pixel units in a matrix on the first surface and each including an optical semiconductor component, a drive circuit on the first surface to provide a power supply voltage to the plurality of pixel units and transmit or receive an image signal to or from the plurality of pixel units, a plurality of external connection terminals on the first surface, a plurality of drive wires on the first surface and connecting the drive circuit and the plurality of external connection terminals, and antenna wiring being looped and surrounding the plurality of pixel units, the drive circuit, the plurality of external connection terminals, and the plurality of drive wires in a plan view. The antenna wiring includes two ends connected to the drive circuit.
