Zusammenfassung:	The subject of the invention is a method for reducing pollution resulting from various activities carried out within a territory and a system for organizing these activities for the implementation of this method.According to the invention, the territory is equipped with a plurality of vertical storage tanks (T) for storing shared electric vehicles, which are connected together so as to form a mesh network (90) allowing transfer, inside the territory (9), subjects of various activities carried out, such as people or objects transported, digitized information, as well as an amount of energy produced or consumed for the implementation of the activity.The invention also covers a system for organizing traffic in the territory of said subjects of activity in a way that makes it possible to cancel or, at least, reduce the pollution resulting from each of the activities, taking into account its nature.In particular, each of the storage tanks (T) can be equipped with means of producing, from renewable energy, the electrical power necessary for the operation of the garage and the mesh network makes it possible to ensure, inside the territory, a balancing between the power produced by certain storage units and the power consumed by others for the requested activities.
