Zusammenfassung:	A stop valve and a refrigeration system having the same are provided. The stop valve includes: a valve body, which is provided with a valve port; and a valve core, which is at least partially provided inside the valve body and capable of moving in the valve body along an axis of the valve body to seal or open the valve port. A side of the valve core towards the valve port is provided with a first groove, a first sealing member is embedded in the first groove, the first sealing member is in interference fit with the first groove, a restricting portion is provided on the inner surface of the first groove, and the restricting portion can restrict the first sealing member.
