The circuit layer is disposed on the substrate. The first insulating layer is disposed on the circuit layer. The first reflective layer is disposed on the first insulating layer. The second insulating layer is disposed on the first reflective layer. The second reflective layer is disposed on the second insulating layer. The second reflective layer includes a plurality of reflective sub-layers, and a portion of the first reflective layer is disposed corresponding to a gap between two adjacent ones of the plurality of reflective sub-layers.
