Zusammenfassung:A method for determining an effect relationship between various substances and cells, including: providing a first droplet, a second droplet, a third droplet, and a microwell array chip, a plurality of microwell combinations being provided on the microwell array chip, fusing the first droplet and the second droplet on the microwell array chip, and performing cell culture; adding the third droplet into the microwell array chip, and fusing the third droplet with the first fused droplet subjected to the cell culture, to obtain a second fused droplet, performing demulsification, library construction, and sequencing, and determining an effect relationship between various substances and cells on the basis of the sequencing result.
