Zusammenfassung: | A method for quantifying DNA in a specimen includes: a step of performing PCR by adding, to a first container containing a specimen and a second container containing a known amount of standard DNA, the same number of copies of internal control DNA, a PCR primer pair for amplifying the DNA in the specimen and the standard DNA, a PCR primer pair for amplifying the internal control DNA, an oligonucleotide fluorescence-labeled probe, an oligonucleotide fluorescence-labeled probe, and a PCR buffer solution containing a DNA polymerase; a step of measuring a difference between Ct values in the PCR by comparing Ct values for the internal control DNA contained in the first container and the second container; a step of correcting a Ct value for the DNA in the specimen contained in the first container; and a step of measuring an amount of DNA in the specimen from a calibration curve. |
