Zusammenfassung:	A voltage equalization apparatus of a plurality of battery cells, including: a battery cell group in which the plurality of battery cells are connected in series; a switching unit electrically connected to the battery cell group and including a plurality of switching elements; a capacitor electrically connected to the switching unit; and a controller electrically connected to the battery cell group and the switching unit, and configured to receive respective voltages of the plurality of battery cells, and to control the plurality of switching elements to turn on or off according to the voltage levels of the plurality of battery cells, wherein the capacitor is connected in parallel with at least one battery cell of the battery cell group through the control of the switching unit by the controller.
