Zusammenfassung:	A battery pack and a battery pack lower box are provided. The battery pack includes a battery pack lower box having a box bottom wall, a battery module having a module bottom wall, and a pressure regulating member. The box bottom wall has a module opposition region, and the module opposition region is disposed opposite the module bottom wall. The pressure regulating member is disposed in the module opposition region and has a first side and a second side. The first side is close to a battery top cover and the second side is close to a battery bottom wall. The pressure regulating member has a spacing with the module bottom wall, a spacing from the first side being greater than a spacing from the second side.
