Some embodiments of this application provide a battery, an electrical device, and a method and equipment for manufacturing a battery. The battery includes: a battery cell, including a pressure relief mechanism disposed on a first wall of the battery cell and configured to be actuated to relieve an internal pressure when the internal pressure or an internal temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold; an attachment component, where a first surface of the attachment component is attached to the first wall, a first through-hole located corresponding to the pressure relief mechanism is created in the attachment component; and an insulation component, where at least a part of the insulation component abuts and covers an inner wall of the first through-hole to dielectrically protect the inner wall of the first through-hole.
