Zusammenfassung:A scope system includes an elongate tube defining a lumen and having a distal portion. The scope system includes at least one accessory channel including at least one tubular structure defining an accessory lumen, the at least one accessory channel movably disposed within the lumen of the elongate tube. The scope system also includes a first steerable endoscopic instrument extending through the at least one accessory lumen and including a first distal instrument end that is movable relative to a distal channel end of the at least one accessory channel. The scope system also includes a second steerable endoscopic instrument extending through the at least one accessory lumen and including a second distal instrument end that is movable relative to the distal channel end of the at least one accessory channel.
