Zusammenfassung:	Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. The method may include a first network entity receiving, from a repeater device, a report that indicates signal measurements associated with a first cell and transmitting, based at least in part on the report, a first signal that indicates to adjust transmission of synchronization signal blocks (SSB) by a second network entity using the first cell. Further, the method may include transmitting, based at least in part on the first signal, a second signal that indicates to perform a handover operation for the repeater device from a second cell to the first cell.
