Zusammenfassung:	An end cover assembly includes: an end cover provided with an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal including a terminal plate located on a side of the end cover and covering the electrode lead-out hole, with an outer peripheral surface protruding from an inner wall of the electrode lead-out hole; a sealing member at least partially disposed between the electrode terminal and the end cover; a fixing member configured to be connected to the end cover and surround the terminal plate so as to fix the electrode terminal onto the end cover, and including a flange extending in a direction approaching an axis of the electrode lead-out hole and located on a side of the terminal plate farther away from the end cover; and a heat-resistant part, at least a portion thereof is located between the flange and the electrode terminal in an axial direction of the electrode lead-out hole.
