Zusammenfassung:	Methods and apparatus to manage cloud computing resources are disclosed. An example apparatus includes network interface circuitry; computer readable instructions; and programmable circuitry to instantiate: group management circuitry to determine a group identifier associated with a resource to be provisioned; allocation circuitry to: determine an intersection of placements for resources associated with the group identifier; validate a rule for the intersection; and cause provisioning of the resources when the placement rule passes.
