Specifically, the battery electrode plate according to an embodiment of this application includes a current collector, an active substance layer, and a conductive structure, where the current collector includes a main body portion and a tab portion disposed in a first direction, where the main body portion is covered with the active substance layer and the tab portion is not covered with the active substance layer; a first region of the conductive structure is welded to a portion of the tab portion to form a welding mark zone; and the welding mark zone is at least partially covered with a protective layer.
